This
November Sunday Run took place on a somewhat damp Fall day. The
weather forecast was for more rain, but it was more like scattered showers. We made it through the run without
too much moisture, but as folks were leaving the coffee stop, the rains came.
There was a respectable turnout of 28 people, driving 5 vintage cars and 12 modern cars.

Richard
Johnson's route was a winding one, but not too long.
It wended its way from the Forestry Centre, along Burnside, Interurban,
Burnside, Finlayson to Quadra. Up the hill on Summit, to
Blackwood, Topaz, The Rise and Vista Heights. Back down to Cook
Street, and through to Rockland. Then along Greenoak, Richmond,
Brighton, Davie and onto Oak Bay Avenue. We followed Foul Bay to
Goldsmith, Bee and Cadboro Bay Road.

Cranmore took us to Beach, Estevan, Musgrave and back to Oak Bay.
Short jaunt on Fell to Duchess, to Fort Street, and our destination:
The White Spot Restaurant.
Twenty-eight people met at The White Spot for refreshments -- milk
shakes, hot tea and coffee, peach pie, and even early dinners.
Lots of fun and fellowship was had by those attending.

Thank you to Richard Johnson for
an interesting and scenic run. Lots of intriguing old homes and
stately mansions -- with unusual architecture and lovely gardens.
