The weather was very nice for this
Spring Run.
There
were 16 cars, of which 10 were vintage, along with 28 people
representing 17 memberships.
The route was 50 km long and took about 90 minutes. Nineteen people stayed at the White Spot at Mt. Newton X Road for
refreshments.

Dolores
and Don's route took us along West Burnside Road, onto Helmcken which
becomes Wilkinson Road. We followed West Saanich Road to Mt.
Newton X Road, then onto Wallace Dr., Est Saanich Rd., and back to
Wallace Dr. After a short stop for photos of the daffodil fields,
we found ourselves on Aldous Terrace. Then onto Amity Dr.,
Moxon, East Saanich and then to Willingdon Road past the airport.

We drove along West Saanich Road, Downey Rd., Madrona Dr. onto Birch Rd. Then
we travelled along Chalet Rd., Tatlow Rd., Wain Rd to McDonald Park Road.
For the last leg of the run, we used Resthaven Dr., Malaview, 5th
Street to Lochside Drive to Mt. Newton X Road and to our destination,
White Spot.
