It was another lovely Sunday -- a great top-down kind of day!! Lots of convertibles and open cars!! Harvey & Sue organized this run -- fairly simple -- as the title indicates: Out & Back!! This run was well supported by 36 people, in 18 vintage cars and 2 modern cars.
The Shermans' route headed out West Burnside to Wilkinson to West Saanich. Then ALL the way on West Saanich Road to Lands End Road (about 17 miles). Then a zigzag route around the north end of the Peninsula: Lands End, Chalet, Birch, Madrona and Downey Road. Back onto West Saanich Road, which took us to our destination: Sassy's Restaurant, where a section had been reserved for us.	Views of Saanich Peninsula, San Juan Islands & Mt. Baker.
Lots of convertibles!!	Twenty-nine people stopped off at the restautant for coffee, a late lunch, and milkshakes!! Thank you to Harvey & Sue for organizing this scenic drive.
