2017 Annual Awards & Christmas Banquet

Grace was given by Tom Fisher, followed by an orderly transition to the buffet tables, for a delicious selection of salad bar and hot entrees, with chicken and ham. Then, if all of that wasn't enough, there was the dessert table.

Thoughtful goodie bags were given to each couple as they were leaving -- to help brighten their homes for the season.

On Sunday, December 3, 2017, the Victoria Chapter held its Annual Awards & Christmas Banquet at the Gorge Vale Golf Club in Esquimalt. A wonderful banquet for sure, with a good group of guests (56 members and guests) and a great afternoon of good food, entertainment and awards.
Grace was given by Tom Fisher, followed by an orderly transition to the buffet tables, for a delicious selection of salad bar and hot entrees, with chicken and ham. Then, if all of that wasn't enough, there was the dessert table.		Thoughtful goodie bags were given to each couple as they were leaving -- to help brighten their homes for the season.
After the meal, special recognition was given to the VICTORIA VINETTES, who were celebrating their 40th Anniversary this month. Bill Bouchard had made a wonderful commemoratative video which highlighted the past 40 years of this remarkable group. Each Vinette member who was present received a copy of the video, as well as a pink carnation and a certificate.
