The 18th Annual Ice Cream Run took place on a lovely warm sunny Tuesday evening.

This early-Summer event has become one of the highlights of the Victoria Chapter -- obviously more popular than our regular General Meeting in a warm church hall!

Attendance was good:  with about 50 people present, 21 vintage cars and 7 modern cars participating in the tour.
The Taylors' route (just 7 miles and about 20 minutes) took participants out West Burnside Road to Charlton Road, to Granville and Hastings and then to Interurban Road.

We travelled through Camosun College and the Vancouver Island Technology Park to Markham Road and to West Saanich Road.

We followed West Saanich to Beaver Road, which took us to our destination:  Harvey & Sue Sherman's home.

A beautiful spread of ice cream and cake; along with coffee -- had been set out awaiting our arrival.

Folks gathered their chairs in a large circle and sat down to enjoy the treats and some good conversation.

The evening was warm and sunny and everyone was seen to be having a good time.
